Privacy Policy

An early-stage overview of how MailMind approaches privacy while helping organize Gmail inboxes.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

MailMind is an early-stage product. This privacy policy is intended to explain our current practices in clear language and may be updated as the product evolves.

Google mailbox connection

MailMind uses Google OAuth to connect Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes. You authorize access through Google, and MailMind uses that access to provide email organization and classification features.

Mailbox data we process

MailMind processes mailbox data only to provide email organization, classification, feedback, reconnect, support, and reliability features. Depending on your use, MailMind may store mailbox metadata, classification results, notification records, and operational logs needed to run the service.

Service providers

MailMind may use service providers such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, and Resend to host, operate, connect, email, secure, and support the service. These providers may process information for MailMind under their own terms and controls.

Your control

You can disconnect MailMind's access from your Google Account settings at any time. If access is disconnected, MailMind may no longer be able to organize your mailbox or send reconnect-related notices.
