Security

A concise overview of MailMind's current security posture and user controls.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Security is important to MailMind. This page is a short, early-stage overview of current practices and may be updated as the product and controls mature.

Secure Google OAuth connection

MailMind uses Google OAuth so users can connect Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes without sharing Google passwords with MailMind. Users can disconnect MailMind access anytime from their Google Account.

Administrative safeguards

Admin access is protected with multi-factor authentication, and access is limited to operational needs.

Operations and reliability

MailMind uses operational monitoring and reconnect notifications to help identify service issues and prompt users when Gmail access needs attention.
