Terms of Service

Basic early-stage terms for using MailMind's Gmail organization service.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

These terms are an early-stage summary for MailMind. They are not intended to create guarantees beyond the service we currently provide and may be updated as MailMind evolves.

Early-stage service

MailMind is an early-stage service that helps organize Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes by classifying messages and moving lower-priority email out of the inbox. Features may evolve as we learn from customers and improve the product.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your mailbox, labels, folders, and important messages. MailMind is provided without guarantees that every email will be classified correctly or that every important message will remain in the exact place you expect.

Account access

You authorize MailMind through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you connect and for disconnecting access if you no longer want MailMind to operate on your mailbox.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse MailMind, attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use MailMind for unlawful or abusive activity.

Service changes

MailMind may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to communicate significant operational changes clearly, but the service may change as an early-stage product.

Contact

MailMind is an inbox organization tool and does not provide legal, financial, compliance, or business advice. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@mailmindapp.com.
