Privacy Policy
An early-stage overview of how MailMind approaches privacy while helping organize Gmail inboxes.
Last updated: May 6, 2026MailMind is an early-stage product. This privacy policy is intended to explain our current practices in clear language and may be updated as the product evolves.
Information we use
When you connect Gmail, MailMind uses information needed to classify and organize messages and maintain your mailbox connection. We also use basic account and operational information needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to organize low-priority email, keep important messages easier to see, improve classification based on feedback, provide support, and maintain service reliability.
Your control
You can disconnect MailMind's access from your Google Account settings at any time. If access is disconnected, MailMind may no longer be able to organize your mailbox.
Changes
As MailMind develops, we may update this policy to reflect product, operational, or legal changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
