Basic early-stage terms for using MailMind's Gmail organization service.

These terms are an early-stage summary for MailMind. They are not intended to create guarantees beyond the service we currently provide and may be updated as MailMind evolves.

Use of MailMind

MailMind helps organize Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes by moving lower-priority email out of the inbox. You are responsible for reviewing your mailbox and deciding whether MailMind is appropriate for your use.

Account access

You authorize MailMind through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you connect and for disconnecting access if you no longer want MailMind to operate on your mailbox.

Service changes

MailMind may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to communicate significant operational changes clearly.

No legal or business advice

MailMind is an inbox organization tool. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, or business advice.
