Google OAuth
MailMind uses Google OAuth so users can connect Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes without sharing Google passwords with MailMind.
User control
Users can disconnect MailMind access from Google Account settings. MailMind also provides reconnect guidance when Gmail access needs attention.
Administrative safeguards
Administrative access is protected with multi-factor authentication, and access is limited to operational needs.
Transparency
MailMind publishes platform availability information through a public status page.
